Every employee who don’t have personal PC or not have enough time to make all the activities from web for PI-HR, will be able to make all his activities through Self Service. With successful login to the app every user will get his personal information. User will be able to do his daily attendance, reconciliation any missed attendance from this app. Moreover he/she can do his leave or visit application with necessary details. The user having supervisor role will be able to approve/reject any application forwarded to him/he. Dashboard will provide at a glance overview for the current activities like organizational information.

An employee can see his/her attendance summary of one month (from current date to last thirty days) with necessary information like attendance date, in-time, out-time etc.

Leave balance (already spent leave and remaining leave) can be seen in a graphical chart view. History and status of previously applied leave visit applications can be seen in this app.

Employees Leaves are shown in the calendar by date.

One employee can view other employee’s personal and official information by this feature. The facility helpful on making a phone call and sending an email to his/her colleagues in emergency situation.

Through this feature, an employee can claim for his/her expenditures or any other official cost that has been paid for official purposes.

An employee can view, create, comment, check in/out his/her assigned task through this feature.

Through this feature, company admin can see the activities of the employees of the company.
